Nairobi, Kenya – June 15 – from June 11-16 A high-performance poly-sand block/paver comounding machine supplied by JORBIN MACHINERY has successfully completed full-scale commissioning at a manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Nairobi, achieving 100% alignment with all design performance benchmarks and formally entering commercial operation readiness.

The commissioning initiative was executed through a joint task force comprising Chinese process engineers and local Kenyan maintenance and operation teams. Tailored to local raw material characteristics and production conditions, the equipment underwent multiple rounds of optimization—focusing on core modules such as temperature control precision, extrusion flow stability, and hydraulic press pressure—before successfully passing operational tests. The resulting paving bricks are aesthetically pleasing and flawless, fully meeting local industrial brick standards. Featuring uniform mixing, a modular screw configuration, and precise pressure control, the equipment rapidly adapts to diverse local brick production requirements; compared to traditional local machinery, it boosts production efficiency by over 40% and reduces energy consumption by approximately 15%.
