Device overview

Two stage extrusion granulator with Single Screw but two cascade extruder mainly used for processing rigid crushed flakes, regrind HDPE LLDPE flakes such as hollow container, buckets, deskes, chairs, milk bottles, baskets and car parts and so on.

If the material is too dirty, we can use a washing machine to wash the material first, and the washing machine include crusher,washing and dryer, so that the clean plastic flakes need to be granuated by extruders. Then the finally hese granules can be for further production and processing of plastics into finished products, which can be by blowing, injection and calendering. The total granulation line combines quantitative feeding, high efficiency double extruder,different types of filter and different types of pelletizer by modular design. All the machines are customized. 

Of course, we have single stage extruder, double stage extruder for choosing. According to different material and different requirements, each machine can be specilized desigined.

Infrared heater on extruder

Nano high-temperature alloy resistance wire emits far-infrared radiation through the quartz tube, greatly improving heat conversion efficiency,which can be more than 99.8%. And its heating speed will be 18°C/min.Besides it has good thermal insulation effect to avoid thermal damage, and there is high temperature geothermal radiation layer painted outside, which can be touched.

Each screw is special designed accordingto its material, inorder to plastify, heating different material in good that the screw and barrel can have the long life. And also the heater will be disigned in right way. Fan out side to cool the material.

There are several zone on the extruder, each zone need to be heated to melt the plastic inside of screw, then we can use cast copper、cast Al aluminium、Ceramic heater、electricity heater and infrared heater. While each heater has its own advantage or disadvantage.  We will choose the best heater up to different material character.

Two extruder

Two stage plastic extruder can have two hydraulic screen changer. It can melt the material better and it also can filter more impurities in the material. So that the granules can be in good condition to process it into finished products.

It is a Multidrilled head for mateiral to go from the first extruder into the second extruder. There is heater outside to prevent the material from cooling and solidifying.This also can be designed in “s”way or in “I” way.
