Belt for Conveyor

As a special design, send the film,bags,nylon,non-woven fabrics and other material into compactor; The equipment use inverter to control the speed. It can control together with the compactor, the speed of belt conveyer is auto, it is controlled by current of compactor. And if there is metal in the material, we can add a metal detector to check out the metal.

Screw and Barrel on Extruder

Special designed by different material(screw and barrel) ,to plastify, heating different material, each material the temperature, screw design is different.And the material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoA1A,Nitrogen treatment or Bimetallic to keep the life of screw and barrel.

Heater on the Extruder

Usually there are several zone on the extruder, each zone need heater, so we can use cast copper、cast Al aluminium、Ceramic heater、electricity heater,each heater has its own advantage or disadvantage. We will use the heater up to different material character.

Degassing

Usually the machine will be with one natural degassing and one vacuum degassing or double vacuum degassing. So that there will be less air bubble in the final pellets.

Hydraulic System

Sceen changer is used to Filter the more impurity in the material, the design of screen changer system up to the clean of recycle material and the use of final pellets, especially for films or bags with painting on it.there are several kinds of screen changer: plate screen changer, round bar screen changer and Laser filter system.

Water Tank

Material come from the die and go into the water tank for cooling, There is rubber roller in the tank, material strap can be send into gale dryer to blower the water on its surface.

Pelletizer

Material come out from the die is like noodles, the pelletizer cut the material into pellets.There are several kinds of pelletizer, and different capacity the pelletizer power is different.
