Since a long-term connection regarding PET bottles recycling washing machine complete line by email and Whatsapp. On 17th March,2025 MR.Hemang Kamleshkumar, who is the general manager of ECOBOANE LDA in Mozambique finally visit JORBIN MACHINERY factory by himself. The two sides had a detailed discussion on the service life of the crusher blade, the time and frequency of sharpening, the output of the machine, and every component of the entire production line.
1. Performance advantages:
Taking the existing PET bottle washing production line in our factory as an example, according to Mr.Hemang’s current situation,such as the dirtiness of the bottles, the production requirements, and the size of their factory, we made a specific design of machine for him.
2. Customized production
Customized production: In response to customer requirements such as equipment size adjustment, multi-language operating interface, and crusher blade sharpening time, Trommel with washer, Dewater machine type etc. Our technical team demonstrated the work process on site and promised to provide customized rationalized machines.
3. Quality assurance
The machine is with CE certification, and we give the quality inspection report of the blade, meanwhile, we will confirm with our other customer, for the same material and capacity, how long the blade need to be shaped and changed. Meanwhile, we will give 1 year warranty of the machine, within one year, any parts of the machine break by itself, we will send it to the customer imminently without any chargers.
4. Cooperation prospects and follow-up plans
