From Jan 15th - 19th,2025 MR.Bilal from ROSE POLYMERS FZE in DUBAI came to checking and test the SJ200 single screw extrusion granulation machine which they ordered from JORBIN factory.
1. Customer Overview
Mr.Bilal who recently purchased SJ200 single screw recycling granulation extrusion machine produced by our company. This customer is mainly engaged in recycling HDPE pipe to make granules, and the final granules will be used to make HDPE again. They have a high reputation and good market reputation in this industry in Dubai and Pakistan.
2.Factory Visit Process
During his visiting, we ran the machine which they ordered from us and provided him of our production processes. We check each parts one by one and discussed the technical of the machine for the changes.As they have more than 15years experience on this field, he also gave us some advises regarding the machine to improve our technology.
3. Client Feedback
Following the visit, he gave high praise for the previous HDPE recycling granulation machine plant provided by our company.This is the third machine they bought from us since 2019. Within these years, we have many deep discussion regarding the machines and make customer design for him(such as servo motor,bigger vacuum pump, big chiller for gearbox). He believe that this machine has played a positive role in improving production efficiency and reducing operating costs. So he clearly expressed his trust in our company's technical strength and service quality.
4. Discussion on Machine load
Our Spring Festival is coming in the end of January and Mr.Bilal wanted to load the machine before our holidays, so that they can get the machine as soon as possible.
