NIGERIAN CUSTOMER VISIT OUR FACTORY

From October 9th - 10,2024 MR.Gusau Usman Shehu and Mr.Usman Ahmad Shukura from DEE - SHUKURA PLASTIC INDUSTRY CO. LTD in The Federal Republic of Nigeria visited JORBIN factory. On 04th Aug,2022 they bought one HDPE film recycling washing machine and two HDPE granulation machines from us and the machine was loaded to them in the beginning of 2023.Within nearly 2 years of running, the machine give a high quality and efficiency. In order to have a longtime cooperation they visit us.

1. Factory Visit Process

During their visiting, we provided a tour of our production processes and demonstrated the operation of the equipment. We also gave a detailed introduction to the design concept, technical features, and application performance of our different kinds of the machines for different waste plastic.Then they showed great interest in our production process, management practices, and quality control system. They were highly impressed with the machine's performance demonstrated on-site.

2. Client Feedback

Following the visit, the client gave high praise for the previous HDPE waste film recycling washing and granulation machine plant provided by our company, especially commending its high efficiency, stability, and ease of operation. They expressed that the machine had made significant contributions to improving their production efficiency and reducing operating costs. Future Equipment Procurement Plans: The client plans to purchase multiple similar machines based on project needs within the next six months.Meanwhile they are also interested in our PVC pipe machine with 2 pipes come out at one time and agreed to further strengthen cooperation in the future
